Free Returns

Where a product is faulty or the wrong size has been initially dispatched to you, returns are free of charge. Please contact us at info@ballyveseymegastore.com for further details.

We want you to shop with complete confidence that you are getting the best quality guaranteed. If you want to return any faulty item, simply send it back to us in perfect condition with the original packaging and we will give you a full refund within 28 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards apart from American Express.

Prices

The prices quoted are those at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within ten days and is in new condition. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the website may differ from prices in store.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability.

Colour Reproduction

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next seven days. Card Details are checked and verified and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
